Our client is one of New Zealand’s best known dairy companies. Two of their existing plants required two new UV treatment systems for water purification. We were contracted to complete the mechanical and electrical designs for these systems and project manage the logistics and manufacturing.

A key requirement of the package was that it could be inserted into their process without disruption to their production schedules. As a result a turnkey solution with small tolerances and a small margin for error was needed. Solidworks 3D CAD software was used to ensure the mechanical design was millimetre accurate, whilst Solidworks Electrical was utilised to design the control system.

A successful package was delivered which met all customer specifications. The system required no alteration and was integrated with minimal disruption.
